SHIPPING METHODS

Due to the Canada Post strike, we have altered our delivery methods in order to continue offering the best service possible to our customers. Please be aware that service to P.O. boxes or boxes of any kind is completely unavailable at this time. We are also currently not servicing Air Stage Offices, Remote Rural and the Territories until further notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Our customer service team will provide updates as they are received regarding any outstanding packages.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing upon order confirmation receipt. Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our carriers for shipment.  Please see respective transit times below.

For shipping rates, please refer to the table below. Shipping costs are determined by the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order.

For all orders shipped to postal codes associated with air stage offices, there is a flat shipping rate of $50, and they do not qualify for free shipping. Similarly, for orders shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, a flat shipping rate of $20 applies, and they do not qualify for free shipping.

Please note that orders containing hard goods such as skateboards, longboards, cruisers, and scooters will be subject to a $15 bulk shipping fee due to their size and weight, and they do not qualify for free shipping.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You can track where your order is by visiting the Canada Post website.  Use your order number (Canada Post calls it a reference number) to track your order, a tracking number is not necessary. Click HERE to track your order.

If you are unavailable during the day to receive your package, we recommend using Flex Delivery offered through Canada Post. This service allows you to ship directly to a nearby Post Office of your choosing instead of your home. Please click here to find out how it works.

Please Note:  

We ship to all provinces and territories via Canada Post. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address. Signature is not required on Expedited shipments.

Orders shipped to addresses in Northern Regions (Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories) and Remote Centres will take slightly longer.

Unless stated otherwise, free shipping covers the cost of Expedited Delivery in Canada only. Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs.
